The Cultural Diversity Day featured distinctive Vietnamese regional cuisines alongside international dishes. The ‘pick - taste - chat’ experience helped BAT Vietnam members bridge gaps and spark meaningful conversations.
Additionally, the event included writing messages and sending postcards to colleagues living and working in other countries. This simple gesture allows members to build cross‑border connections and openly share Vietnam’s cultural diversity with international friends.
Beyond Vietnam, other markets in the Area also enthusiastically celebrated Cultural Diversity Day. For example, the panel discussion ‘Workstyles Across Cultures’ offered deep insights into how diverse cultural perspectives foster a sense of belonging, while appreciating how cultural differences shape how we work, communicate, and collaborate.
