Our 18-month Global Graduate Programme offers graduates a full-time role from day one, with the chance to make an instant impact on our business.

Aimed at preparing you for a manager role within 18 months, this fast-track program is both challenging and rewarding. It includes world-class training and development to build business know-how and strengthen your skills. You’ll also attend the BAT Global Graduate Academy in the UK—an intensive two-week training focused on shaping diverse, next-generation leaders. This experience accelerates your commercial leadership skills and provides career guidance from senior leaders and Management Board members.
