BAT Vietnam - Vietnam Line of Sight 2026: Rise Stronger, Win Together

In March 2026, BAT Vietnam brought its people together for a powerful Line of Sight (LOS) Trip - a journey designed not only to align strategy, but also to strengthen purpose, solidarity, and belief in what we can achieve together.

Inspired by the Olympic spirit, Vietnam LOS Trip 2026 embraced the theme “Olympic”, with the proud tagline “Rise Stronger, Win Together” and the Champion Trophy as its key visual. 

Much like the Olympics, where excellence is built through resilience, discipline, adaptability, and teamwork, the trip reflected the very spirit that defines BAT Vietnam.

Every BAT Vietnam employee was symbolized as an athlete - training, persevering, and striving toward excellence. And just as no Olympic Games can succeed without the coordinated efforts of athletes, coaches, and organizers, BAT Vietnam’s success is built on each function playing its vital role in a shared pursuit of victory.

Four Days, One Shared Journey

Over four days and three nights, the LOS Trip unfolded through a carefully curated mix of activities - ranging from company‑wide moments to functional deep dives - creating space for both the collective purpose and individual connections.

This balance ensured that while we moved in one unified direction, every team and function also had the opportunity to pause, reflect, connect, and recommit to their own role in the broader journey ahead.

Starting with Purpose: Sustainability in Action

The trip began where purpose meets action - with a beach clean‑up activity involving employees from across the organization.

More than a symbolic gesture, this hands‑on sustainability initiative reinforced our shared responsibility to protect the environment and contribute positively to the communities around us. Starting the journey this way grounded the Olympic theme in something tangible: purpose brought to life through collective action.

Side by side, BAT Vietnam team collaborated beyond job titles, strengthening bonds while raising awareness of environmental protection - an early reminder that meaningful impact is always a team effort.

Aligning the Compass: Company Meeting

The Company Meeting marked a pivotal checkpoint for all our Olympic “athletes.”

The session opened with a flashback of the 2025 journey - celebrating key achievements, business results, and the resilience demonstrated across a year of challenges and opportunities. This reflection set the stage for what came next: a clear and inspiring cascade of 2026 strategies and the picture of success.

This shared vision became our compass - guiding every athlete, every team, and every function toward the same destination. The session also encouraged open, transparent dialogue between the Vietnam Leadership Team (VLT) and employees, reinforcing trust, alignment, and mutual understanding.

The meeting culminated in a deeply symbolic commitment moment, inspired by the Olympic torch ceremony. As the torch was passed hand‑to‑hand among employees and finally entrusted to the VLT for activation, it marked a collective promise: our commitment to the strategy, to one another, to rising stronger and winning together.

Celebrating and Connecting: Company Gala Dinner

If the Company Meeting aligned our direction, the Gala Dinner celebrated the heart of BAT Vietnam.

Bringing together all BAT Vietnam employees, the evening was a powerful moment of unity and appreciation. It provided an opportunity to recognize outstanding projects of 2025 and honor long‑service employees whose dedication has helped shape the organization over the years.

The event also brings vibrant internal performances and special appearances by guest artists - turning the night into a celebration of talent, connection, and shared pride.

Strengthening the Core: Functional Catch‑ups

Beyond the company‑wide moments, the LOS Trip created dedicated space for functional and cross‑functional engagement.

Each function used this opportunity to cascade functional strategies, clarify commitments, and strengthen internal bonds.
