BAT Vietnam - Recognized as Top 11 Sustainable Businesses in Vietnam at CSI 2025

British American Tobacco (BAT) Vietnam has been named among the Top 11 Sustainable Businesses in Vietnam (CSI 100) 2025, marking the 7th year the company has been featured in this prestigious ranking.

This continued recognition reflects BAT Vietnam’s consistent and comprehensive efforts throughout the past year, including staying on track with emissions reduction targets, improving farmer livelihoods, strengthening operational integrity, investing in nature restoration solutions, and expanding community programs such as interest-free loans for women in border areas. These initiatives illustrate the company’s commitment to creating shared value while making tangible contributions to Vietnam’s green growth agenda and socio-economic development.

According to the CSI 100 organizing committee, the enterprises honored this year have demonstrated their ability to balance business growth with sustainable transformation, with emissions reduction, resource conservation, and enhanced governance standards playing a decisive role.

The Announcement Ceremony of Sustainable Businesses in Vietnam 2025, themed “A New Chapter of the Green Era,” also marked the 10th anniversary of the CSI Program in promoting sustainability standards within Vietnam’s business community. This year, 100 exemplary enterprises across manufacturing, trade, and services were recognized, with the Top 10 in each sector comprising 60% domestic enterprises and 40% foreign-invested companies.
