British American Tobacco Vietnam - BAT Vietnam continues to be named among the top best places to work for in Vietnam

This year, BAT Vietnam was honored to be named among the “HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia” as well as in the “Anphabe - Top 100 Best Places to Work for in Vietnam”.

In November, BAT Vietnam was honored in the 2022 Vietnam 100 Best Places to Work ranking by Anphabe and market research firm Intage.

Anphabe polled 57,939 employees and 515 company representatives between April and September and conducted in-depth interviews with 150 senior executives and human resources managers in 20 industries.

The survey was based on criteria such as professional development, culture and values, leadership, work-life balance, employee benefits and company reputation.

In August, BAT Vietnam was among 120 companies in Vietnam to receive the coveted HR Asia - Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2022 award. This was the third consecutive year the company has been crowned.

46,270 employees from 622 Vietnamese companies took part in HR Asia’s proprietary Total Engagement Assessment Model – ranking their own employers on metrics ranging from workplace happiness and team cohesion to employee advocacy and job motivation. The top 120 companies who made the cut this year are then named HR Asia Best Companies to work for in Asia 2022 for the Vietnamese market.

With the theme: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, the awards this year focused on the efforts made by companies to promote diversity and inculcating inclusion in the workplace, while retaining HR Asia’s stringent evaluation criteria.

These awards recognize BAT Vietnam’s efforts to create the best place to work for employees as well as nurturing and developing talent throughout all levels.
