British American Tobacco Vietnam - BAT Vietnam implements the FlexWork pilot program, enabling a more flexible working style for employees.

Adapting to the “new normal”, BAT Vietnam has flexibly implemented the FlexWork pilot program for 6 weeks from March 21, 2022, to April 30, 2022, applicable to office-based employees for all entities, in order to improve the physical and mental health of employees by enabling them to be more flexible and proactive in arranging working time.

The program includes up to two days of work from home per week, flexible start and end times, agreed collaboration hours and meetings between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., and a meeting agenda with a maximum of two hours.

The FlexWork pilot program embodies BAT’s Ethos

During the pilot period, ideas will be collected as much as possible in order to implement the FlexWork for Operations and Trade teams, as well as improve the FlexWork program for the office.
