BAT Vietnam celebrated the International Women's Day with many exciting activities

BAT Vietnam is committed to creating a diverse & inclusive workplace.

#Breakthebias is the responsibility of each and every employee; in every behavior and thought, to make their workplace and community free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. We ensure our people are aware of what are the conscious and unconscious biases, how to appreciate differences, and demonstrate empathy and compassion.

BAT Vietnam has marked International Women's Day with many exciting activities focused on this topic.

At #Breakthebias Photo Challenge, we encourage our employees to share their group photos with the cross-hand sign pose on Yammer to express their support and commitment to inclusiveness. The contest took place successfully and energetically with the participation of nearly 50 employees.

At Leadership Pledge, our leadership teams lead by example, demonstrating their commitment to how they will continue to #Breakthebias and help to promote the D&I agenda at BAT Vietnam.
