Listening to Employees with “Your Voice” survey

Once every two years, “YOUR VOICE” survey – a tool to sharpen our company strategies – will be opened to employees across BAT, giving our people a chance to have their voice heard. By conducting this internal survey, we would like to capture what our employees think and get to the heart of what makes our people want to get up, come to work and perform at their maximum level every day.
